Craig K. MacLean, DO

Dr. Craig MacLean completed his undergraduate at Michigan State University.  After completing his undergraduate degree, he received his medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1978 and went on to do his Internship at Lansing General Hospital in Michigan.  He completed his residency at Deaconess and Buffalo General Hospital before joining Lakeshore Family Medicine in 1988.  In January 2011, Dr. MacLean started his own practice Southtowns Family Practice PC.

Dr. MacLean is currently the School Physician for Lakeshore Central School and North Collins Central School.  He was the past President of both Tri County Hospital and Lakeshore Hospital.

Dr. MacLean is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Osteopathic Association and the American Medical Association.  In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.

Sean W MacLean, DO
Sean W MacLean, DODr. Sean MacLean completed his undergraduate at Ohio State University. After completing his undergraduate degree, he received his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2013. He completed his residency program at Sisters of Charity Hospital, Buffalo, NY, before joining Southtowns Family Practice in July of 2016.  He is currently the School Physician for both Lakeshore Central School and North Collins Central School.

Dr. MacLean is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, and the Erie County Medical Society.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, golfing, and playing soccer.
Brandon M Fyock, DO
Brandon M Fyock, DODr. Brandon Fyock earned his undergraduate at the University of Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology and Toxicology.  After completing his undergraduate degree, he received his Medical Degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2016.  He completed his residency program at Sisters of Charity Hospital, Buffalo NY before joining Southtowns Family Practice in July 2019.  He is the School Physician for both Lakeshore Central School and North Collins Central School. 

Dr. Brandon Fyock is Board Certified in Family Practice through the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.  He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association and the Erie County Medical Society.   

In his free time Dr. Fyock enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
Jonathan Weber, DO
Jonathan Weber, DODr. Jonathan Weber earned his undergraduate at St. Bonaventure University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.  After completing his undergraduate degree, he received his Medical Degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2021.  He completed his Residency program at Sisters of Charity Hospital, Buffalo NY where he served as Chief Resident before joining Southtowns Family Practice in August 2024.  

Dr. Jonathan Weber is Board Certified in Family Practice through the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.  He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

In his free time Dr. Weber enjoys Physical Fitness and Mindfulness, Soccer and traveling with his new wife Alyse and their dog Hadley.

Lori A Christiano, MSN,FNP-BC,CDE

Lori Christiano, FNP completed her undergraduate at the State University at Buffalo in 1988.  After completing her undergraduate she received her Masters of Science degree as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in June 2003 and completed her Post Masters Certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner in June 2007.

Lori Christiano, FNP is also a Nationally Board Certified Diabetes Educator.

Lori Christiano, FNP is a member of the New York State Nurse Practitioner Association, American Diabetes Association/American Association of Diabetic Educators, New York State DOH Diabetes Prevention and Control Program, and Professional Nurses Association.

 

Gabrielle M Grimaldi, PA
Gabrielle M Grimaldi, PAGabrielle Grimaldi PA completed her undergraduate studies with a Bachelor of Natural Science and Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Daemen College in 2018. 

Gabrielle is a member of the WNY Physician Assistant Association, New York Society of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
